Phil takes great care of our Labrador, who loves her stays at Doggy Day Care. From the first stay, it seemed like a home-from-home for her, and she has been happy to return for subsequent stays. She gets well exercised too - no easy task with a highly active dog! Highly recommended.
Our dogs just love staying with Phil and Rose. It's a real home from home. On our first meeting with Phil and Rose we immediately felt comfortable and assured that our dogs would be well looked after. The dogs themselves were and still are very relaxed in their company which speaks volumes. We have 2 high energy Jack Russells who can be a handful at times but Phil's calm and relaxed persona definitely reflects onto the dogs. All in all the dogs are well exercised and treat as if they are their own. I highly recommend Phil's services and I'm pretty sure our dogs do too.
Our dog Dolly had her first stay with Phil and Rose just before Christmas. They are a lovely caring couple who clearly love dogs. They are professional and knowledgeable and offer a wonderful home from home service. The photos and messages to reassure us she had settled in well were a real comfort. My dog has had her 1st stay with Phil and his wife. Fantastic, when I went to collect her she was happy and contented, excited to see me and then went and sat with Phil and his wife, that speaks volumes. They are a very caring couple, who love and know dogs. They are professional and dedicated in their work, one thing that did impress me is, they keep the dog to the same routine they are used to at home. Excellent.
Phil looked after our dog Woody for 12 nights whilst we went on holiday. He provided a great service and looked after Woody very well. Woody formed a great bond with Phil and it was lovely to receive regular updates and photos. We will definitely be using Phil’s service every time we go away in future.
We’ve left our dog with Phil several times, ranging from just one night to over two weeks on one occasion. He has a medical condition requiring daily treatment but we know he’s safe and cared for with Phil and his wife. We are so pleased that we can go away safe in the knowledge that our dog will be well loved and looked after. Highly recommended!
