   I’m really disappointed with my experience. I booked my appointment specifically for a time when my husband would be home to look after our baby. On the day of the appointment, I received a call asking me to change my time because they had double-booked. I explained that I couldn’t switch to another time today or tomorrow, as the original booking was made around childcare. I was then offered the option to bring my 10-month-old with me, which simply isn’t realistic for a 30-minute appointment. In the end, I was left with no reasonable solution and felt forced to cancel—something I really didn’t want to do. This was supposed to be a treat for myself, especially after a great first visit, but instead I was left feeling stressed and disappointed. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be returning.

   Ellie and Liv have both cut my own hair exactly as I like it every time (I won’t trust anyone else but them!), they have also cut my little girl’s hair who has autism and struggles with transitions and change so the hairdresser is definitely not her favourite place to visit. On her first and second cut they were both so sweet and gently persevered with her and gave her the perfect cut despite her barely sitting still with Liv! The salon staff are all so so welcoming and friendly. Really can’t recommend them enough, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

   Don’t be put off by the location, this is a lovely local salon. Two teenage daughters who are very fussy were pleased they had Ellie cut their hair. Though it was only a trim and layers at the front, the girls were happy and have asked to come back for future hair cuts. Very reasonable prices at £18 per teenager for a wash and cut. I think I will book in soon to!

   Booked full head of highlights for girlfriend as another hair dresser in another salon messed it up. She is very happy with everything - staff made her feel welcome and the cut and colour looks amazing. Live 15 minutes drive but she has insisted she’ll go back to Callie again and again!! Price brilliant, cut great and overal really good experience. Thanks for keeping the surprise too!
