   I was disappointed with my recent haircut experience. The guy who did my haircut seemed inexperienced. Moreover he was interested in chatting with a kid who was present there than focusing on the work. The lack of attention and skill led to an uneven haircut. On top of that, he also sprayed an excessive amount of water on my hair but didn’t bother to dry it. Overall it seemed like he was in a hurry to finish the job, possibly because it was a Friday evening.

The atmosphere was inviting, and the shop had comfortable seating. Finding parking was easy, and their online booking system was a breeze to use. The staff were professional and provided top-notch service. The barber shop services were also excellent, catering to vintage styles with precision. I will definitely be returning in the future.    Scallywags owner Deane is truly a master barber, trimming my beard with perfection and sculpting a venerable vintage short back and sides. The whole thing was viewed by his chirpy pet parrot called Captain as a dirty blues soundtrack played in the back ground. Sorted: I've embraced the hairfield experience! J x

   Went today to get my hair cut. Bobby cut my hair. He seemed very nervous and inexperienced. The fade he did isn’t all that. The cut on top was poor. He asked if I wanted it dried at the end. I said yes but he even struggled with that. Then the price. £22 is ridiculous. I won’t ever go back.

   Conveniently located on the High Street. Friendly and professional team delivers excellent customer service. Location was refurbished recently to a high standard. Because the service they deliver is second to none, they are extremely busy, therefore I recommend booking an appointment online or over the phone. The only drawback is that they are not accepting card payments at the time I am writing this review. As I don't usually carry cash on me, I had to go to Co-op for cash. Not a major issue if it's not raining ;) Hope to see card payments soon. Apart from this small inconvenient everything is spot on. Highly recommended!
