   I got my hair cut today for the first time. I liked the service, the hot towel, and their politeness. That said, when I came home and took a shower, I realised my haircut is uneven! Each side is a different length and looks untidy. At least I know I won’t be a returning customer!

   Visited here today (3rd Jan) wanted to treat myself to a full haircut, wet shave etc. Lovely environment, great staff, friendly guy who eventually 'did me' Haircut... perfect except he didn't razor my neck as asked. Ears trimmed, eyebrows trimmed, perfect. Now to the wet shave with Towel. To me the experience was exhilarating, lotions and potions added, steaming towels wrapped around head, even slight face massage. Felt great and seemed worth the £38 paid. However.....when I got home I had to finish the shave myself, as it had bits left, and was (to me) not as close and clean as it could be. * I have had one before *up North* and was then left with a face as smooth as a baby's bum.* NOW ...this is absolutely NO reflection on the barbers attitude nor Customer Service. I think the point I'm making is....in a Barbers you need to have completely trained shavers. I know it takes experience, I know probably I'm asking too much, I realise the use of a cut throat razor is a skill, and needs practice, and theres probably Woke guidelines on 'you cant do this, you cant do that', BUT I consider it not worth paying for this service as there are few barbers out there that can do a really close shave. I expect people will moan at me, BUT...how many of you have had a wet razor shave that was 'perfect'? I am sorry to post this, but just think it worth pointing out , after all....you wouldn't pay a mechanic to change your oil, then have to finish the job when you get home. Service: 4/5 Attitude: 5/5 Friendliness: 5/5 Setting - Atmosphere: 5/5... * but Service has to match....no bells without the whistles* All this said, brilliant place, very competitive pricing, for area, just ask for someone experienced in the actual use of razors.    A friendly and welcoming barber shop, I showed up for a walk-in appointment and I was seated instantly and offered refreshments. The barber listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that, couldn't ask for better service at such a reasonable price. He tidied me up very well, no stray hairs on my clothing as I left which is hard to come by. Other grooming services were kindly offered but not what I was after today. No complaints at all, thank you!

   Easily one of the best barber shops in Harrow. I moved to the area 2 years ago and tried majority of them that weren’t under £10 for a cut. Nothing against most other barbershops, I just prefer not to feel like I’m being rushed. Very happy that I found 1336 as the quality is consistently good every time I go. I’ve never had a bad cut from T cos. He takes the time to check what I want and I’m always happy with the level of service. From the Turkish coffee to the hot towel, always a great experience every time I go!
