   Great service from the phone call to book the appointment all the way to paying for the Great hair cut. All the staff are friendly and chatty, I get anxiety when talking to new people but the barber that cut my hair made me feel very comfortable and i would definitely recommend.

   The staff and owner are friendly, professional and very skilled at what they do. The shop is very clean and my 8 year old son and I have been going here for the last 3 years. There are a few barber shops within a few minutes of this place and although a bit cheaper, I do prefer this over them. Weekends may get busy but most I had to wait was around 15 minutes, normally much sooner. There are always 2-3 staff onsite and provide a fast and efficient service. Very good and friendly with kids too, even offer them a free lolly after the haircut which my son always likes. Free parking for 30 mins on the road. Payment is by cash only, there is a cash machine nearby.

   Fantastic customer service. The barber shop has great personality through the decor of the shop and with the staff. Always get a stylish haircut through the knowledge and expertise of the staff. Has a sense of a real family atmosphere and very personal. Definitely the best barbers in West London!

   The Barber Shop is amazing. I’ve started growing a beard a while ago and was on the search for a barber that knows what they do, regarding beard trim, style and maintenance. I’ve tried a few until I’ve walked pass The Barber Shop in West Drayton and I’ve noticed that the team are bearded and it was busy (which is a good sign in my books). So, I’ve walked in and chatted, explaining that I was aiming to grow a beard and don’t want it to be trimmed too short, keeping the shape and the rest is history. Since that first visit I only go and see the guys at The Barber Shop every 2 weeks. The guys are amazing. They know what they do and are very friendly. The atmosphere of the shop is very cool, as the décor is changing. If you are looking for a good barber, with no reservations, at an amazing price, this is the place for you.
