(Review made from teenage grandson) My booking was made for 9:30 and I got there 5 minutes before. There was one person waiting and their appointment was at 10:00 as I spoke to them. The woman knew my appointment was at 9:30 and showed the guy I was gonna get my haircut done with however he turned around and pointed at me and said “THAT isn’t my 9:30.” And he kept repeating it. When the person in front got into the seat, they apologised however the guy cutting his hair kept looking at me up and down and I felt so uncomfortable to be in there. I walked out and I’m never going back. Sticking with Vincent next time..
I had a disappointing experience at this barbershop. I originally came in for a beard shave but decided on a £9 shape-up. Since I’m bald, I asked if I could get a combined haircut and beard shape-up for £9 or £10, as it wouldn’t take much effort. However, I was quoted £23, which was later reduced to £20—still far too high for what I needed. I opted to just do the beard trim, but the barber spent 15 minutes chatting and barely touched my beard. The result? I looked almost the same as when I walked in. Afterward, I called to express my dissatisfaction, but the owner was rude and unprofessional, dismissing my concerns and hanging up on me. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for fair pricing or decent customer service.
Being a female with very short hair I can sometimes be discriminated at 'male hair cutting locations' However this barber shop always serve with a smile, lots of banter between the barbers, this is run by a brother and sister who between them have an age of experience and both my son and I received the exact cuts that we asked for. The new online booking service is great as this place is busy so drop in's can expect to wait a while. Wont go anywhere else!
Worst experience ever!! Guys were just chilling and took 45 mins to cut one person. 2 hour wait. God knows how they r still in business. Plus got the worst haircut in my life. Absolutely a waste of money. Please go anywhere else.... these guys r a joke!!!!
Attempted to get my son's hair cut here a few times and it is always packed , which I know is a sign of a good place. however I called twice to ask when is a better time to go and both times they just hung up on me. It's just rude and unprofessional
