   Used the online booking 3 times, it's only worked 1 of those 3 times. First time it went wrong, had an appointment booked for 9:30. No-one there, building locked. I got a text 10 mins after I left apologising for not being there. Fine no worries these things happen. Rebooked for today at 9:40. I arrive on time and at the time of my appointment they're cutting other customers hair, again that's fine naturally things can over run, but common courtesy would be for the barbers to say something yo the effect of "thanks for waiting, we'll be with you as soon as we're done here", in fact no one even acknowledged me when I said hi to everyone upon entry. I waited for another 10 mins, no sign the ongoing haircuts being anywhere near finished and not a word to me acknowledging my appointment was booked for 10 mins ago, I'm sat about 2 foot from them as well. So I eventually left and wouldn't have even bothered to leave a review, but then about 20 mins after I got notified I was marked as a no-show lol. Decent hairdressers but awful service, from a service industry.

   Nice Clean Barber. Was lucky enough to be given a cut without a booking. My Barber Lorenzo was professional and definitely knew what he was doing. Top Class Experience and Value for money. I also like the fact that the barbers here don't rush and make sure that you walk out feeling brand new. Definitely will be returning for another fade.
