Had to wait 1 hour when I booked my appointment, what’s the point in bookings if you have to wait long periods of time… barber was also rude, constantly on the phone and stopping midway to eat food. Save your money!

Today I went to icutz for the first time. I’m grateful for Abdul who took lot of things into consideration before he even started the hair cut. I am also thankful for his patience with me today. The rest of the team is good. Though the place was busy with all men but I as a lady felt very comfortable and relaxed. No special treatment But I didn’t feel intimidated in any way. The hair cut is to my liking and my Husband liked it too... so that’s another plus!!! I am very happy with the service. Going back there for sure.

They run late then are rude when you are late one time, funny there was no time to wait after even though you have 30 min spots booked. Claims he doesn't use his phone when working, but I text before he was working. Appalling customer service.

Always a pleasnt experience, Great barbers and even better people. Prices are more then reasonable, level of service and tools used are more then above average. You can only book through BOOKSY so no walks in I don't think. Not your average barbers that's for sure!
