   The customer support was terrible. As a Thai customer, and came from the same country I was disappointed by Raan-nuch. Order more then £200. After receiving the items, I immediately informed her about the situation, but received no response.....that's will be my last order from here...really disappointed

   A very rude and bad customer service. Ordered £125 worth, almost everything is find except 1 kg of salaca worth £18, all are rotten I sent pictures, she apologised initially but then she said "it's meant to be like that isn't it???" I sent more pictures and she called me and said they all meant to be like that when I explain that I know how the good salaca looks and test like, she yelled "you know what! You can have your money back"! And hang up???

   We have used Raan Nuch for online shopping before, ordering is simple, we always do it by phone and the staff and owner are very patient and helpful. The website is very comprehensive and you can also order direct from there which is probably most peoples preference. The range of food is wide and varied from bottled sauces and pre packed dried foods to fresh meat and vegetables, many of which are hard to come by in the UK. Prices are very reasonable taking into account much of the various foods and vegetables are imported direct from Thailand. The food is always fresh (even though a large percentage of it is imported directly from Thailand)and very well packaged and delivery is usually next day. Now that the shop is open it is even better, we can make the 60 mile round trip and spend time in the shop choosing produce and taking it home with us(no need to wait for delivery).
