    First haircut in Watford after moving from Scotland. So i had to try someone new. My hair was done by the lady haircut i have ever got after my friend doing in lockdown. I will call it lockdown haircut. She was doing it very quickly like kept checking time after every minute. They need to treat every customer right otherwise the will lose it like me

    Came here once 14 years ago when I first moved to Watford. When I went in one guy looked at me and muttered to the other “watch your wallet”, implying I was some sort of thief. I was a young man, I’m sure I didn’t look like a millionaire, but I have never stolen or committed a crime. After that I never went back and they lost 14 years of custom. I calculated that to be around £2,000 of revenue so far. I will write another review in 14 years perhaps.

    Rang a couple of days before to make an appointment but you can just turn up for a haircut. Hand gel is available for customers and staff wear protective gear. Haircut was excellent as usual from Mario.

    Nice friendly staff. My son has Autism and they have always been great with him, prices are reasonable no need to book just walk in. Waiting times at the most 10 minutes which my son can handle. Good place to go.

    Barber (Jack) is incredibly arrogant, and charges extra for a shape up that is essential for a haircut and forgot to clean my face after cutting my hair so I had to walk through town with a face covered in little hairs. Would not recommend
