   Both myself and my boy were helped by Nadia and the experience were fantastic. Nadia is very talented, excellent with details and very gentle with young children. Been helped by some other stylists before which were great experience too. 5 stars for the stylists, but read on. Be prepared to be disappointed with how the owner runs the booking system. Were booked in for 10:30am, arrived on time but was not asked by anyone about a booking. Waited for 20 mins only to find another customer cutting in and getting helped first. Complained and the owner blamed me for "not mentioning about a booking". So they run a booking system without the intention to manage it - if a customer doesn't mention a booking it's his own karma to get ignored and cut the queue by someone. No single apology from the owner for making the customer with a booking waited for 20 minutes. Things will be much simpler if there's no booking system and people would expect to try their luck or wait. But having a booking system is to have the customer expect a scheduled service - obviously the owner cannot care less about that, and if you don't get his philosophy you're making troubles in his shop. The owner asked if I was asking him to stop serving his booking and help me, nothing like what I have said to him, and nothing less of a fight mindset towards customers. Absolute terrible mindset to run a business. Hence a three star.

   Elvis has been giving flawless cuts for quite some time, and his expertise really shows. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The skinfade I got was fantastic. The barbers are all very personable. I highly recommend this place. It’s consistently a great barbershop.

   I have been going to see Nadia at Glide for around 4 years now. I always struggled finding a great barber that listens to what the customer wants. The first time Nadia cut my hair I was amazed. She has never disappointed and we have a giggle every time. The whole team at Glide are incredibly friendly and there is always a fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommend Glide Barbers!!!!

   Love this place. Over the years I have had a lot of barbers and hairdressers in Epsom, These are BY FAR THE BEST!!! also the kindest and most careful. They know what they are doing. I personally LOVE Nadia. She is wonderful and very thorough. never disappoints and I am fussy! Thank you guys.

   Excellent barbers, very friendly and accommodating especially with my son who tends to move about a bit, as kids do. Always patient and take time to get your haircut as you want it without feeling like you are being rushed out the door. Constantly busy which says alot, booking is available via the web. The number one place to go for a shave as well with the award winning barber and owner.
