The staff over here are top notch and they totally changed the look this been with soo many different barber but never got perfect hair done
Very poor service! Don't understand English! Waited 45 minutes for one of the barbers, his colleague started arguing with me and told me it's my fault and was unreasonably disrespectful. To make things worse, a customer also joined the conversation disputing me and nobody bothered telling him off! I walked out after wasting almost an hour. They don't understand English and Western haircuts either and speak VERY little English! Pay a little more and get a proper service elsewhere, you'll be thankful you did.
I can’t believe what they done to my husband, the people cutting the hair change constantly and are not fully trained. They don’t understand what the client wants and are in a rush just to get the job done and get money from the next person. My husband had a nice stylish haircut and a decent amount of grown out hair just wanted a trim but the barber cut all of it off into a buzzcut! Just before our holiday as well. I could’ve asked my 10 year old son to do a better job. Honestly will never go there again, do not recommend, stay away from this place.

Good haircut but very unprofessional staff. Closing time is 7:30 but they refused me a haircut at 6:45pm. And this was the consecutive second day they said no. First day it was around 7:10 so I didn’t argue but this is just ridiculous.

Great experience. Did not have to wait long to be seen. Multiple chairs. Barber listened to what I wanted and did a brilliant job. Better than my usual barber. Wife was well pleased. Did not realise they take card payments which is a bonus. Parking nearby. Reasonable price. Will be coming back
Thought I would give this place a try…. Asked for a half back and sides. Looks more like an undercut. One of the guys rushed the haircut (15 minutes) or so… Never again
I took my son to this place today morning. The hairdresser literally pushed his head and my toddler who was already scared by the thought of his haircut almost puked. I stopped the hairdresser but he was laughing as there was nothing to it. The 2 year old was terrified and he was enjoying it. Sick. Never ever going there.
Very bad customer service The person who spoke over the phone , cannot even speak properly, at the same time he is speaking to me and another person. No manners. I asked for an appointment for a baby hair cut. He says if the baby crys it's difficult amd I told him we can't predict a baby's behaviour. After asking the question twice he said he have senior barber and appointments offered on weekdays only. I asked for a Appointment, then abruptly said he cannot talk now and busy !!!. The level of customer service ??oops they don't want business.
