I went in here a few weeks ago as my usual Barber on Alexander Avenue was closed and I was in a hurry to get my hair trimmed. The young man (There were two of them) just looked at me without saying a word and when I said that I want a haircut he very arrogantly looked at his phone and told me in an impertinant tone of voice that I would have to wait, that he is on his break which ends in three minutes. His attitude towards me sucked, and it really not a way to treat a prospective client. I will not go there again because of this mans arrogant attitude, and I only give one star because it's not possible to leave none.
Well, tried booking a hair cut and beard trim with this place as a first time customer and what a fail, i booked an appointment a day before through Booksy and got a confirmation via email and was sweet, i then get a new email the next morning from boosky and google that my appointment is cancelled without any reason. Why would you have a booking system in the first place if you can’t even be booked in the selected time slot ??
