   Seriously messed about by this company, viewed a house, received multiple reminders and even a phone call to confirm the time, turned up to find we had been double booked and to top it off the person showing us round didn’t let us in the house for about 15 minutes past our viewing start time and the other viewers were still in the house which we were not comfortable with and had not agreed to a double book. Placed an offer anyway, agents didn’t bother to tell the seller though, emailed no reply, rang no answer multiple times over multiple days, finally got through after ringing the letting team who were more then happy to help and finally basically forced the sales team to answer. All to find out the offer was rejected, should have been updated days ago, placed another offer same process again chase chase chase with no reply back or anything, seriously delayed our house buying process, was told in the end after I refused to place another offer and be messed around ,that apparently someone else had put in a higher offer that had been accepted and yet the property was still on the market for weeks after this? Very shabby practice.Service was not friendly the rare few times I spoke to someone on the phone they acted asif it was a huge inconvenience to them that I had placed an offer or wanted to book a viewing.etc .I wouldn’t recommend to buy sell or let with them. Clearly they don’t wanna sell your house or let you buy a house with the way they treat clients.

   I would highly recommend Logic Estate Agents. From the very first phonecall to book them to sell our property to completion day they have been fantastic. They have kept us informed by emails, texts and phonecalls alway through the selling process, and the photographs they took were amazing. Our house sold within 2 weeks.

   Steer massively clear from these... Recently applied for Bungalow and they have stuffed up on 4 occasions. They told us only one party would be selected...LIE Sooner you get your references in the better ...LIE We then had Rightmove (who manage the property phone us to congratulate us on being selected ....a stuff up from Logic Letting which they admitted negligence Then an email stating logic required the holding deposit... Then Logic announced we had been rejected ...for no good reason REALLY STAY CLEAR.

   Samantha Johnson is an absolute credit to this company and she deserves some recognition for how amazing her customer sevice is. I ended up in a rather tricky situation which Sam has massively helped me get out of by securing me a beautiful rental, back in the village I moved from in November. At the beginning, I spammed her like crazy to prove I'm a trustworthy tenant and there was absolutely no need to. Sam was very kind, genuine and fast with her approach to my situation. I had the viewing on Wednesday morning, confirmed I'd got the house on Wednesday afternoon, paid in full on Thursday morning and got the keys Thursday evening. I'm hoping to be moved in this weekend. Sam genuinely went above and beyond, I've apologised profusely for spamming her to which she has said I didn't need to apologise, and i appreciate her support and caring manner more than she will ever know. You're amazing Sam, thank you so so much!
