   I booked an appointment for 5:35pm but wasn’t seen until around 5:45–5:50 as the barber was running behind. I asked for a fade, but was only told towards the end that it would cost extra. The fade itself was minimal and barely noticeable, and the trim I requested was also done with very little effort. Communication throughout was poor. When the next client arrived, the barber was still behind schedule, yet insisted on keeping them rather than letting a colleague help. This made my own appointment feel rushed. The hair wash was careless, with water going over my eyes, and overall the service fell far short of the standards I experienced on my previous visit. Only at the point of payment was I informed of the extra charge for taper cuts. While I agreed in the moment, on reflection the haircut was not worth the price. I’ve had better results elsewhere for less, with barbers who take the time to listen and deliver what I ask for. I left disappointed and will not be returning. Given the poor service and lack of transparency, I believe a refund would be appropriate. Since the website is inactive and I cannot email directly, I am having to post this review publicly, which is not ideal.

   Great haircuts but they need to stop using this Fresha app nonsense. I couldn't add my card to had to phone up. Very risky to use this app for a business, I nearly went elsewhere.

   I called here today for my first time and I was very impressed. My experience of barbers in London is that they always seem to be in a race against the clock, and just want you out the door asap. This wasn’t the case today, Elvis took his time and listened to what I wanted. He was very easy to get on with, and did an excellent job. The shop is very spacious and well thought out (and clean!). I’ll definitely be back, thank you Elvis! Shane

   Not great! Barber was polite, but clearly wanted me out asap. Did the bear minimum, leaving me to even ask for a mirror to see the back, which he oddly tried to avoid showing me. Good cuts are easy to style and this is not!

   Andrea cut my hair and it was one of the best if not the best hair cut I've had in my 35 years. I showed her one picture of what i wanted and she got it. She also did something that most barbers don't get, which is to use thinning scissors with care. Excellent job all round.

   I get my hair cut and beard shaped up here every 3-4 weeks and genuinely believe it’s one of the best barbers I’ve used. I’ve lived in and around Kingston my entire life, and the service, quality of cut and ease or booking are so good compared to most I’ve used last 31 years. You are also able to book and pay in advance and choose the hairdresser of your choice. I always use Andrea, who is amazing at tailoring my cut for both my beard and hair to look just right for me. She’s got great customer service too and always goes the extra mile to make sure I get value for money. Thanks Dapper Fox and thanks Andrea. Imran Kadri

   Best barbers in London - I’ve moved closer to central yet still make the journey back here every time. Haircut is always on point and bleaching/colouring treatment is the best I’ve had. Attention to detail and care to deliver is impeccable. Cannot recommend enough!

   Perfect place to have a relaxed haircut and beard shape up. I have been struggling to find a clean barber for the past 2 years and my search has finally ended. Great service from Fabio. He was attentive and did my hair and beard shape up just like I wanted. He also cleaned all the clippers, combs and scissors before using them and even dipped the razor in barbicide. Will definitely go back for my next haircut
