    Every time I have visited the staff at the tills are rude, specifically the blonde/grey haired lady. Even though there isn't ever a big queue at the tills she's always rushing, even before the next person has packed their things away she's putting my items next to the next person's items when she could just wait until it's clear and they have packed their bags.

    The staff very rude Visited pemberton branch and when i got to the till i was packing my bags so i asked my daughter to tap the card machine to pay whilst i was packing my stuff the staff turned to me and said i will have to check what you baught so i waited why she got confused with the till i thought oh ok but didnt say anything. After I had paid she said quite abruptly if there was anything in I couldn't of served you because she's under age I stated the fact as its my shopping and My bank card taking into fact my daughter only 9 and wouldn't be shopping for herself she was just very rude and I have never witnessed this before. I will not be returning to this store.

    The older woman with a short blonde bob is the rudest woman with zero customer service skills. Why work there when you obviously hate it, her attitude is so bad I question if I really need to go in. Horrible woman.
