The younger guy with curly hair is not very good. He didn't listen to me and did whatever he wanted. Then he ran out of the shop, thankfully a different guy came in and tried to fix it. Avoid if the younger guy is there.

Communication is terrible, which ruined my experience, if you can't understand what has been asked of you, don't go getting grumpy with your customer and making them feel like a inconvenience.

Absolutely amazing barber experience. Been going here for many months now and couldn’t ask for a better barber. One in particular who goes by the name of Rafir. He gives the best haircut and never fails to impress.
The guy doesn't know how to cut long hair, he might be good at cutting short hair with the machines, however, he cut my curls off even though I'd ask to cut the sides and front in a particular manner, with layers - however he literally just cuts bits of it off. Months of growing hair down the drain, all I wanted was to touch up with just the sides.
Cannot recommend Bentleyz enough. I've been a customer for nearly four years, and the service, the quality of the cut is second to none. The hot towel shave is a must, Raffi will make you feel like a new man by the time you've had a trim and a shave! Super friendly, and great value for money!
