   As a regular shopper at this Iceland store, I’m appalled to learn that the prawns sold here could be subjected to cruel practices like eyestalk ablation. Iceland claims to uphold high animal welfare standards, but knowing their supply chain leaves prawns to suffocate and endure such suffering deeply concerns me. The staff here are always helpful and the store has a good selection, which makes it that much harder to walk away. But with the CEO avoiding the conversation, it’s becoming difficult to continue shopping here with a clear conscience. Iceland, please commit to ending these cruel practices. I’m not the only shopper feeling this way!

   I love Iceland, but I do think prices have gone up (mostly) more than is necessary. I now have to re-think where I shop now. I know everything has gone up for a while now, but I think Iceland have gone up a lot.

   I have the home delivery every week and the drivers are always very helpful Jason and don’t know the other man’s name but he is only young normally comes on a Sunday very nice guy .. credit to the company 5⭐️

   Made the mistake of popping in for a couple of items. Then I saw the long line of customers waiting to be served and only one till open. They have a buzzer at the till to get an extra staff member to open an extra till but rarely use it. I left my basket and walked out empty handed.
