   I went for a haircut today (01/02/2025). There were two people waiting, and one was already having their haircut. One of the guys kept talking to the barber in their own language, so I assumed there was only one person ahead of me and waited for about 1.5 hours. Suddenly, another person arrived and jumped the queue, claiming he had been there before me, which was a complete lie. I asked how that was possible, and he just gave me a funny smile. The hygiene standards were also shockingly low, and I’ve uploaded a photo to prove it. When I took the photo, the barber gave me a funny gesture, clearly unaware of basic customer service. I’d strongly advise avoiding this place.

   Best barber in Tolworth high street - he is very friendly and fantastic at his job. I have tried ALL the barbers around the area when I moved here, of which there are A LOT - and the other ones are subpar, mostly manned by very inexperienced young people. I once got in another barber a 19-year-old cutting my hair!

   I take my young son to Johnny's - they are always very patient and quick in cutting my son's hair which is critical when dealing with a crying toddler. I also get my hair cut here as well.

   Low on skill, high on price. - Went for an easy haircut, machine on the sides and scissors on top. Clippers were so badly maintained it was pulling my hair out instead of cutting it, after 4 or 5 times of me audibly complaining he finally changed to another one.

   Worst customer service ever . Went today for hair cut and beard trim before Christmas. There was a new guy today , never seen him before . the guys who usually do my hair are very nice ...this new stupid guy when I asked him to trim in a slightly different way i said and even drawn him in a piece of paper . He was saying he haven't done that before and he call him self a barber . And he was in a hurry to finish of me , no side shaping or anything. And when I asked is said the price is 14 pound . I threw 15 pound and walked out from there for LAST TIME ..NEVER GOING TO THAT PLACE AGAIN ..
