   It was very easy to book an appointment online. I was greeted by friendly staff and I was checked in quickly. I was made to feel at ease straightaway and Peter explained the procedure in detail before carrying out the procedure. It was pain free and the result was amazing. I could hear instantly. I would definitely recommend Thornbury Hospital and the expertise of Peter.

   I'm a regular customer of Peter and Nicole and they have been superb in helping me through a difficult time with a partial hearing loss in one ear. I now have a hearing aid which they are happy to spend time adjusting to get it right for me, and have regular earwax removal. What prompted me to post a review now was an acute need for earwax removal which was causing me much discomfort and suffering, which Peter facilitated at very short notice - brilliant customer care !

   One of the best hearing tests I've had. Previously I have had hearing tests in very noisy environments, or I have been able to hear the audiologist clicking their keyboard so I knew when the sound is coming. I feel that the tests with Peter were the best possible and he was very welcoming and polite.
