   I generally like Aldi shops, but this one is dark and a lot of the products where missing. Could have been a run on the meats, but I was disappointed with the dismal, gloomy environment. But the prices were what I wanted. Euro style meat and pasta displays (glass fronted). It's worth a visit, though.

   Have to put something up about the rude older woman on checkout with black short hair. I tried to put my basket down in the wrong place and was abruptly told where to put it because " it doesn't go there!". Tittering and sniggering to her colleagues on her headset. Great customer service. NOT. The other staff are fine.

   Never can get a trolley so now shop out of town but the staff who work are absolutely fantastic they are all helpful and polite and don't throw your food at you unlike some aldi places

   staff were extremely rude. i’m 22 and went to buy christmas crackers (12 restricted) and the cashier proceeded to ID me (despite it being challenge 16) then bend test my drivers license (nearly snapping it). i’m obviously older than 12 and look older than 16. the IDing was completely pointless. it’s apparent from the way she was gloating, saying sarcastic comments and taking as much time as possible that she did it for kicks. really don’t get why you employ people who waste time like this. missed my bus because of that idiot which led to me missing my connecting bus and having to call a taxi to avoid waiting for over an hour. she owes me £16.20 taxi fare.

   Only a small store (within the Concourse Shopping Centre) but well stocked. Good price on own labels. Plenty of special buy baskets to browse. Clean and tidy. Staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful. Plenty of trolleys, but sometimes a shortage of the smaller ones.
