One of the best morrisions around the northwest, has a bit of everything you need, although personally I only come out with random bits and my hubby chicken from the delivery counter. Couldn't do a full shop here.. it's a bit like Tesco, to get the cheaper products you need to download the app.
I am just one of those people who hates having to pay for carrier bags. The price of them just seems to be increasing all the time. I think Morrisons is the most expensive I think they are now charging 60p. But the best part is the bags have now shrunk to almost half the size. So instead of buying one which I usually buy I had to buy 2. I think they have a CHEEK ☹️
It’s a shame that Chris lets this store down with her horrific attitude and customer service, every time I come across her she is nothing but rude and patronising. Why she still has a customer facing role is beyond me as she clearly is not capable of this. She seems to bring the store down compared to other helpful and kind people that work there.
The 5 stars is purely for the young man on the butchers counter today 26.2.23 absolutely fantastic service. So helpful polite and went out of his way to help me
Nice store lots of choice. Toilets including disabled. Clothing section nice. Unfortunately the cafe shut at 16:00 on a Saturday, we weren't informed about this till after we queued up, no signs.
Brilliant Morrison s really love shopping in hear, just got the edge on all the others . Always find something a bit different.
Toys section is very empty shelves. And a lot of problems in restaurant. Last time I got drinks on tray to be told they are not taking any orders. I'd already poured out, so allowed me to buy the drinks. But no food as that had too many orders. Not the 1st time this has happened
Good shop, great fresh produce. My concern is , after standing for 10 mins at the fishmonger counter, no assistant came to serve. It was a busy Friday afternoon but there was nobody to enquire about the lack of staff on fish! Eventually when I was being served on the deli counter I mentioned this and it seems the lady on the butchers counter has to cover breaks on the fish counter! Wouldn’t have been too bad if they were anywhere near each other! Think there is a major staffing problem. Don’t spoil this great store by scrimping on staff
