    Emi Bertea I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this salon, and I cannot recommend their services. I accidentally missed a previous appointment, and today, when I had a new appointment scheduled, they called me just an hour and a half beforehand to inform me that if I wanted my haircut, I would also need to pay for the missed session. While I understand the need to enforce cancellation policies, it would have been extremely helpful to receive a reminder message for the original appointment. This lack of communication and customer care has left me with a very poor impression of the salon.

    I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this barber shop. First off, I was made to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time with no explanation or apology. When I finally got in the chair, the barber was incredibly rude and dismissive, barely listening to what I asked for. To top it all off, I was grossly overcharged for the service. The whole experience felt like a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for professional or courteous service.
