   Not value for money booked for hair cut Ok but worth the £ really, booked for Shavel , basic razor shave left lots of unsmooth areas very very disappointing definitely not worth the £ , Also booked for back / shoulder wax on arrival at 9.30 told person not in until 2 could I come back ! Visited here some years ago excellent throughout, today run of the mill would pay 50% less at home for same service . Avoid unless you like giving money away.

   Really great! Had my son's hair cut here. Chopped off a 6 inch ponytail. I would post a photo, but my 13 year old said no . But he also says he loves the shop, and will go back just because the guys there were so nice. I agree

   The staff was friendly and attentive. Antonio gave me a descent haircut - the only problem was that it only lasted for ~2 weeks before I felt I needed another haircut again. They pay a lot of attention to please you e.g with the hair washing procedure - I personally would expect a bit more focus on the haircut itself, trying to make it last longer. Overall price/quality is a bit below what I expected but I would probably be back to try another team member

   I've been using this place for years and the lady I see is pleasant but the surroundings have got recently very cramped and noisy with little separation between treatment rooms. For the cost, the surroundings are a little rough. I have emailed to share my thoughts but haven't heard back.

   Therapist wasn't the friendliest. Pedicure was a bit of a half-arsed job, despite therapist repeatedly telling me i didnt need what id booked (equally didnt offer an alternative). Massage was OK but not really hard enough, and also finished several minutes early.

   I booked a haircut and paid a deposit online and 2 hours later was called saying my haircut was cancelled. I asked for a refund and it’s now been over 3 and a half weeks and I have not got my money back. I’ve called multiple times and sent lots of email (with no response). Don’t use this hairdresser.

   I went for an intensive one hour facial. It was only 45 minutes long. Specifics, felt like a one size fits all. I wasn’t asked what I wanted just what type of skin I had. I really wanted to find a place that did a good facial but sadly this wasn’t the one for me. I think £60 for 45 minutes is too much for what was delivered.

   Horrible. Went for some grooming treatment. Foot Spa was filthy and old. The towels old and tatty. It was supposed to be relaxing, could hear other staff members talking loud and laughing. Room was small and not fit for purpose. Therapist was nice, good facial. Have had better hand treatments though. Facial was good. The owner needs to spend more money on their treatment rooms, how much will a foot spa and some new towels cost? Absolutely shocked how filthy and old foot spa is with hair and dust all over it! I wont be back ever. Sad because staff is at least nice. Being a business owner myself I cannot see why the owner of this business wont spend a bit of money to buy clean and new equipment and not force his therapist to use equipment as old as their opening day.

   Had my haircut here three times in the last few months, firstly by Paul, and then by Abel (Paul was unable to cut my hair due to being fully booked). I always feel like my custom is appreciated. It's hard to find a decent hairdresser/barber that listens, and is also able to translate your directions into the haircut you desire. These guys did exactly that! I couldn't be happier with the service I have received. It is on the pricier side, however you do get what you pay for. Abel really took his time, and paid great attention to the skin fade, side parting style I go for. He talked me through each part of the haircut, and explained the techniques he used, and why he did so. He also gave me some hair care pointers which was greatly appreciated. I sensed that he may have enjoyed what he does (which is rare) and was very enthusiastic about the style. My hair has never been in better condition. Thank you so much. Spot on Genco Chiswick! Some decent banter and a bit of pampering, you've got my business from now on! Please keep it up.
