We have been going here for years and it was great when Mike Daybell owned it but it has become a different place the last few years with the new owners. Disorganised with my daughter's contact lens order and unjustified price increases, different members of staff every visit. Going has become an all round unpleasant experience and this latest visit is the final straw and we will be looking elsewhere in future.
I don't post a lot of reviews, but I lost my glasses yesterday and these guys really pulled out all the stops to get me a new pair as quickly as possible. I had such a great experience - from the eye exam with Simon to help choosing a frame. I'm so grateful to Daybell and Choo, they really looked after me.

Popped in to ask if they'd out my glasses back together re missing screw. They couldn't have more helpful and didn't ask for a penny!!! Please know that I ruined my glasses by learning on them - I hadn't purchased them from there - they are old old glasses!! Lovely lovely people....
