   I have been coming to this place for just under a year. This will be the last time I come here. My previous post is now edited with this: 1. First mess up (from my reg barber here). Cuts my hair 1.27cm shorter than what I wanted & his response is "it's still long". Fingers also reaked with cigarettes. 2. My regular barber (also I think the manager), overall cut my hair well, but left the right side of my bangs longer than the left. 3. My regular barber was in the back I found out. Got my haircut by another different barber. I told him I wear my hair shaggy (I have wavy curly hair), with curling cream. Did not even let me finish telling him how I wanted it cut before starting to cut & asking me what size clip for my low fade I asked him for (wanted right bangs fixed to size of left, LOW fade, no length cut but to even out all hair, and textured tips). He proceeds to cut the low fade too high and a lot of hair off. I immediately told him that is not what I asked for & he tells me to let him finish & I will see. The guy took all but 10m to cut my hair; didn't bother texturing the tips with the texture shears like I asked him. Last time I will come here. They we're more than happy to take my £20 every time they mess up, and now I see why they are never busy when I go in. Ridiculous to find a decent barber here in West London with decent pricing and actually having barbers that know how to cut hair.

   Went for a haircut and they made such a mess of it I ended up practically bald. Very poor. Will never be returning.

   I was very specific at least 5x: Dont make me look like toothbrush and dont cut it pointy. Shorter at back longer and even, round at front... Left looking like an old tired toothbrush shaped horn.. never again! I've done it better myself in lockdown using beard trimmer and my cat's comb..

   Paid the guy 31£ for fade and beard, rushed the whole process, messed my hairline up and didn’t even cut my head properly. Not going back . They pick and choose who they wanna be nice too and give a good service.

   2 stars for the decent cut. The barber seemed like he was in a rush to finish the cut. Never asked if I was satisfied with what he had done, or asked for details about what I wanted. I have been there two times and although they seem to have good skills, they really need to improve on the overall service.
