   Like others say left cut lines all over pushed my hairline back and cut something i didnt want to be cut and specifically said not to beforehand my beard was further up my face on one side and lower on the other gave the illusion of a misaligned face until i fixed it and like people say they drink and smoke on the job and make you wait whilst they talk with eachother not to mention i didnt see the tools cleaned and they dont even brush off the hairs before you get up or use the hair dryer to get rid of anything you are left with a head and face full of hair

   The worst barber experience Ive ever experienced in my life. The guy with the long dreads I believe his name is Dre, made me wait 2 hours after my appointment to get a haircut. He was a drunk alcoholic that drinks heavily on the job messed up my haircut and had to go bald. To make matters worse he refused to refund me. Absolutely shocking I hope they get closed down for negligence as they are always drinking & smoking weed on the job. DO NOT GO!

   Absolutely terrible shop, gave me a terrible haircut. Low skilled barber ( the little fat one with curly hair). Overall disrespectful Jamaicans. Will never go back there.

   Avoid avoid avoid. The barber Dre with the weird mouth grinding tick is extremely rude and a basic barber at best. Cannot fade to save his own skin and clearly is dillusional about his skill set as a barber. He left loads of cut lines in my hairline, and he broke the cardinal rule by cutting my hairline back. I had to wait 3 weeks for it to grow back. Communication is dire, zero welcoming, classic stereotype of old school Jamaican barbers with zero customer service skills, showcasing a lack of etiqutte, and no manners. It's like they feel you are begging them to cut your hair. I would NEVER step foot in that disastrous, ill fitting, lack professionalism, basic barbering skills shop again. DO NOT spend your hard earned money in there, and for the love of God find somewhere else to get a trim or a shave. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED, just like how I was. How they have survived this long with such a poor attitude towards paying customers and poor barber skills ceases to amaze me.

   I really should have asked his name but the guy who cut my hair did it exactly the way I wanted it. I've never been to a barbers before so couldn't explain exactly what I wanted but I got it which I've had problems with in hairdressers.

   Nice barber shop. Atmosphere is welcoming and the guys are friendly. Walked in for the first time. Second guy on the left quickly jumped to grab a fresh new customer (I don't mind but I know usually the desperate ones are the quick ones to jump on a new customer). Long story short. My man can't do a proper fade to save his life. Went home and checked in the mirror. Bare lines in my head. You can see the borders between Skinland and Hairland in my head. Im a 36 years old professional but I look like a 14 years old teenager. Would I go back ? Sure. But hopefully it'll be a better haircut with a better barber.

   Best barbers in Acton if not West London and most definitely one of London's top barbers. The wait is not too long (usually 5 very experienced barbers on hand) and the price is reasonable. Attend in the morning around 10 or so when it's usually quieter.
