   The woman and older man working there are really nice, but the young lad’s customer service is utterly unacceptable. He always puts me in such a bad mood that I had to stop going to this store. He is so bad with people, that’s how much it affected me.

   I'm sick of the young lad behind the counter continually trying to have me off,I got charged £2:90 for 2 £1 drinks,last week I stood there waiting for my 70 pence change and he just stood there looking at me as if I was stupid,so in just 2 visits I had been robbed of £1:70. That's not to mention plenty of other times I have been over charged or short changed.jay and Trish are lovely,it's only the young lad that I've had problems with.he needs a good talking to.

   Just took 2 lotto tickets in with 2 winning numbers to claim my 2 lucky dips which I had checked on the lotto results one of which was for Saturday 25th Dec that showed lucky dip plus £5 and one for an earlier Saturday win in Dec. I was told I hadn't won £5 on the 25th just a lucky dip and hadn't won a lucky dip on the other ticket??? I realised that he had shown me and given me the player receipt for the ticket that he said I hadn't won the lucky dip on not the player receipt for 25th which would've shown the £5 winnings . Is this a scam !! Note to self , always take picture of your lotto ticket before handing it over so you can match the ticket number to the receipt . Merry Xmas shop retailer ! Just noticed he's not even handed me my lucky dip ticket he's given me back the one for the 25th which doesn't match the number on the player receipt!!!
