   I walked in the barber shop looking to get a trim, but immediately I saw some commotion over a lady’s hair that to me was visibly in an incredibly awful state and she was complaining because it was the hairdresser that did that! The hairdresser was adamant that it was fine, and the supporting barbers in the shop were silent, condoning this terrible service and horrible attitude that the hairdresser was giving to this devastated customer. I exited the barber shop briskly as I cannot trust my hair with people that enable terrible customer service and terrible quality!

   Unfortunately I got my hair done here by Sherene, and my hair was braided upside down in a way that made it stick up this is from the root and it’s done in all different directions and box partings all different shapes and sizes I went back just to consult why it looks this way. And she said it’s cos my hair is thin. I’ve gone to other hairdressers and it lays flat and looks more normal and fuller cos they don’t do massive boxes. I won’t be going back and the fact she didn’t hold any accountability for it looking bad and told me to just wear a durag is ridiculous, she had me looking all sorts of crazy I don’t recommend

   They are friendly, lovely environment and the service is great too. Can be busy so it helps if you check I.e. if you already have a regular barber. Otherwise allow some time.
