Is this place open or not? Appt booked online, arrived there, the shop is closed yet customers are told to ensure they cancel appt’s 5hrs prior! Well NOONE contacted me 5hrs prior; instead a wasted journey was made! Call the advertised number, no answer.

I have long hair, asked for specifically a low taper to just clean my sides and the back. My man instead cut all the hair at the back of my head. He basically did a high taper. Il give it 2 stars because the chair was comfortable.
I hate to do this as I never leave reviews on black business even if I’ve received a bad service. My son had been attending this barbers for about a year. The owner trotters usually cuts his hair and we’ve always liked the way he handled our son in our presence. Last we went we left our 6 year old autistic child to go cash point. When we got home my son informed me that he was called stupid. So I called the barbers so ask if anything in this nature was said. To my surprise the actually admitted that’s something most likely he would say to a child. He said he may have told my son to stop with his stupidness. I understand in some culture this may be the norm to speak to children like this if they miss behave but personally myself I do not use insults to correct my or anyone’s child behaviour and as a stylist myself I would never speak to anyone child like this. We’ve always paid in full and tipped so my son should have been treated with the same mutual respect as any other paying costumers. My son feelings were definitely hurt and this has angered me. Their definitely great barbers but that small factor has clouded my judgement towards their customers service sadly. Don’t speak down to people children and if you won’t do it in-front of their parents don’t do it when they’ve left their child in your care.

Barbers are good. But, they should clean up and transform the place and up the service. It’s time now to have a barber shop the area can be proud of.
Great service. Love the ability to make appointments online. Competitive prices. The haircut I got wasa little a disappointing. The shape-up was uneven, but the blending on my fade was very nice. Barber food a decent job with my facial hair. Be sure to take cash. Not all the barbers take care payments.
