   I had an amazing experience with Ali at Cutbox Westfield (White City). He’s an absolute pro—skilled, precise, and pays great attention to detail. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered a perfect cut. The fade was clean, the styling was on point, and the whole experience was top-notch. Beyond his skills, Ali is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable throughout. If you're looking for a great barber who knows what he's doing, I highly recommend Ali.    Managed to walk in for a haircut. It was recommended that I should book. I got lucky that someone cancelled and took their spot. Ali was my stylist and was very receptive to what I wanted. He has nice calming vibes and he's great to talk to which makes the time fly by. The haircut itself was clean and sharp. I never know what to get usually but I think I can go back next time and start asking for tips for improvements

   I have been to Cutbox on several occasions now and am really impressed by the quality of my cuts. Once, my cut was uncharacteristically not up to snuff; however, the store manager quickly rectified this by offering a free cut- whenever is convenient. I am very happy with the customer service, the skills of my usual barber and how professional and passionate the Cutbox staff and manager are about their store and service. If you ever feel dissatisfied, definitely reach out to Cutbox manager via the website. After I did, I was contacted immediately.

   Decided to get my haircut here out of curiosity compared to others in the local area, I could not be more pleased I chose to go to them. Fiona is a star ⭐️ what could have been a quick shave and go, she spent the time to make sure it was completely perfect and that I was more than happy with her work. Customer service is totally on point and everyone that works there came across as genuine and helpful. Will be using them again in the future

   Amazing shape up and hair cut never fails, outstanding customer service and always come out looking sharp guaranteed. This is my regular barbers and I’ve never used the hairdressers as my hair is particularly curly. After a bad experience whilst travelling abroad my curly hair was damaged and now I can see it fully restored I’ve been up and down trying to get my hair back to its normal self and healthy thanks to Nicky and Adam both hairdresser and barber came as one and fixed my damaged hair, and giving me an amazing low fade crazy looks like it’s shaded in. Honestly you weather your running late or going out and need a barber shop local to the city and past 7pm this is the one !!! Men and female I’m happy that they are in Westfield and amazing team Cut Box has there. They are the ones who makes business.
