   Today I have experienced a marvelous service from the lady DONNA. I am an older woman and I am not good at self-service at all. The lady has known about it as some days ago I said how uncomfortable I felt about finding different items which do not have printed price, like scones, bananas…. . So, today Donna saw me aproching the self-service and immediately offered me service at the till. She took my basket to the till, scanned the products for me and finished the service with a smile. It was a very very pleasant morning and I am very grateful to this lady for her profesional help and friendly attitude.

   I have shopped regularly at this store. Today I went in using a crutch as I have recently had major surgery. I managed to use a trolley and just the 1 crutch around the store. My husband joined me just as I had finished my shopping. As there were queues at all the open tills I decided to use the self check out. I hadn't realised that these tills where now basket only. 6 items into my 8 item shop out a rather officious member of staff pointed that we shouldn't be there, "this is baskets only" she said. I asked did she want us to move and she no, not this time. I pointed out to her that I was struggling on crutches, which she ignored. After checking out I commented to her that flexibility could be used on occasions under exceptional circumstances. Again she chose to ignore this. This concludes my experience at M and S Prescot. I will not be shopping there again.

   I arrived at this store with the sole purpose of buying a gimp mask and maybe some leather shackles but was very quickly let down by it's products. Not one piece bondage gear to be seen !!!! Sure it had lots of amazing food that I would highly recommend like comforting cottage pie with root veg crush and personalized giant Collin the caterpillar cake but I feel outdone by the false advertising that it's name suggests. I will still give this shop 5 stars as the gastro pub food selection was out of this world and I was running low on kopi luwak coffee.

   Was able to easily pick up my online order at the back of the store. Clean and neat food store. Asking as you watch where people are you can socially distance easily and I couldn't see anyone except the odd staff member not wearing a mask.
