   I went there at 17:30 on a friday, when it's supposed to close at 19:00. The shutter was halfway down, waste of time. Also, it's cash only, which is not advertised on their website.

   I had such a wonderful experience at Figaro Barbers with Ellie and Jack! Ellie did an amazing job with my hair — from the relaxing wash to the beautiful blow dry, and she gave me such genuine, thoughtful advice about the haircut and how to look after my hair going forward. My hair looks so fresh and exactly the way I wanted it, and I’ve received nothing but lovely compliments since! A big thank you also to Jack, who was so kind and made space for me to park as my daughter was sleeping in the car — such a thoughtful gesture. Both Ellie and Jack are not only incredibly professional but also genuinely lovely human beings. They are fantastic with children too, which makes the whole experience even better. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great cut and an even better atmosphere!

   Very very disappointed with the service provided by Ellie. Booked appointment for wash, cut and blow dry and spoke to her two days ago, she knows my hair is thick, tangled and long as i go there often. I came for my appointment today and she said she can’t cut my hair. We initially agreed a time then she said to come 10 minutes earlier however the poor weather condition and road works made me few minutes delayed (8 mins). However, last time I had been waiting for around 30 mins as she was running late. I also did her favour by not booking on treatwell in her favour due to treatwell taking percentage of commission , for me treatwell is cheaper as i have coupons but today paid the full in cash. As i am a regular customer she didn’t even offer a compensation, apology or a discount. Now have to book twice when it would be cheaper just having one appointment for all. She couldn’t primarily do my cut as she had another customer, better communication would have been ideal as we spoke two days back so she should know what to expect. Today she said it would take 2 hrs ish then knowing that she should have booked my appointment another time as i am not a new customer. Charging customers a good price for the service in general should never substitute customer satisfaction!!!! Especially as i go there at times but guess you get what you pay for. Never again and would not recommend my mum to go there as i was going to initially.

   I've been going to Figaro Barbers since I moved to London 4 years ago and they have exceeded all my expectations. Not only is Jack & Ellie incredibly friendly, but they also take the time to listen to exactly what I want. The services are all reasonably priced, and what I appreciate the most is how accommodating they are with my schedule. A true gem in the world of barbers!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by that lovely and friendly woman who made me feel instantly welcomed and comfortable. Not only was she friendly, but she also displayed a high level of professionalism throughout my entire visit. She listened attentively to my hair goals and offered valuable suggestions. Her attention to detail and precision in her work were truly impressive. I left the salon feeling absolutely delighted with the results. My hair looks stunning and exactly how I had envisioned it.    Can't believe I've never discovered this place before! Ellie is a master of hair and knows how to cut short Asian hair (which is rarely done well). Super lovely and also took her time with my grandma who cannot stop singing her praises. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great haircut!

   I've been having my haircut here for well over 5 years now and every time Ellie's attention to detail is spectacular. She is absolutely fantastic, someone you can trust to leave your hair to do a great job with it. I used to be nervous before a haicut and kept changing salons as I was never happy with the result, until I met Ellie. Both Jack and Ellie are great and the atmosphere in the salon is always friendly. Very happy that I live so close. Highly recommend!
