   Don’t think I’ll come back again after my first visit! If it’s not the worst haircut and experience then it’s close to it. No service mind. Rough haircut, no attention to detail whatsoever. Constantly checking his phone. Not even show me the back side once finished.

   Used to be great when first opened but change in staff has now resulted in appalling attitudes, will lie about when their colleagues return so they can cut your hair although not my preferred barber. When brought it up to manager/owner. Quite dismissive about and supported employees not a customer from first opening. I will not return to this establishment in the foreseeable future.

   I recommended this place to my partner based upon high rated reviews here and a moderate price on their website. Maybe the other barbers in the shop are good but the one who did my partner's hair this afternoon was simply awful. - bluntly uncommunicative and impolite in discussing what had to be done; - rude - the barber spent 2 periods on the mobile phone totalling only about 3 minutes fo the only 10 minutes haircut; - perfunctory - the inadequate haircut was completed in 10 minutes without any proper cutting on the top and when this was asked for the barber only shortened the front; - the upper back is lumpy and unevenly cut; - right side and left side were clippered to different lenghts; - didn't tidy around the edges. There is no point asking further of a barber who can't be bothered or isnlt capable. The barber couldn't have cared less and gave more attention to his mobile phone than communication with the customer adn atnetion to cutting. When he came home I couldn't believe what a poor haircut had been given. Is this a rogue barber in an otherwise good shop? Or how do they get so many good reviews? Are these reviews real?

   I have been going to this shop for my haircut and it has always been a very good experience for me. The Egyptian barber was exceptional. Today was the opposite. The barber on the far left, I have not met him before, seems not to be in his proper state of mind. First he asked me to wait to go out for a smoke. He looked very distracted, keeps on glancing outside, looks at his phone, or the TV. Dropped his comb twice while cutting my hair and and burned me by putting the blower too close to my scalp. I am not sure what he's on but it didn't look normal at all.
