   Avoid if you have curly hair. Hairdresser had no idea how to cut or take care of curly hair, was recommending I wash it 3 times a week (would destroy anyone’s curls) and blowdried the hair without a diffuser on the highest heat setting. I’ve never had frizzier hair than coming out of this place. Furthermore, the cut itself wasn’t good either and is growing out poorly

   I went today for the first time and had a haircut. I have tried more than 6 barbers/hairdressers in London so far (ranging from the very expensive to the very cheap) and this is the best experience I had so far. With about £30 a haircut, the price quality ratio here is what makes the difference. The place is quite °minimal° with only about 4 chairs and no hair washing facilities as far as I could see, but it feels clean, professional and the equipment and products they use is top notch (hello Dyson hairdryers and Evo haircare!). I didn't catch the barber's name, but he was great (baseball cap, dark hair) - We started with a chat about what I wanted. I showed him a reference and he suggested how we could improve on the cut I had so far. We chatted almost the whole way through and I appreciated the fact that he kept silent and focused when he had to concentrate on the most sensitive part of the cut. I explained my concern about hair loss and he showed me how to use a few products at home that will make my hair look thicker. He was prepared, friendly and I just had a great experience. I think I am going to stick with these guys! 5 stars from me!
