   Penny is absolutely brilliant! She recently looked after our four cats while we were on holiday, and even cared for one of them who had an injury — cleaning and dressing his wound with such care. She kept us updated every day with photos and progress notes, which was so reassuring. Penny truly loves what she does, offers a 5-star service at a very reasonable price, and we always know our cats are in safe hands with her. Highly recommended!

   I was keen to find someone to come and visit the cats as they hate travelling to the Cattery. However, I was also reluctant to trust someone with the house. However, all these fears were relayed from Penny’s first visit. The cats took to her straight away and you could tell that they loved her and she loved them. She was professional and organised, filling in all the paperwork and making sure their foibles were taken into consideration. When she left, I felt relieved. This only continued whilst we were away, receiving daily updates about the boys. I could tell from the messages, this isn’t just a job for Penny - she looks after each animal as if they are her own and having only just returned from holiday, I’m already trying to book her in again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and Zebbie and Ru agree.

   Penny from Premier Pet Sitters of Whitworth is absolutely fantastic. She has looked after my 6 year old Labrador from being around 2 years old, her expertise with animal health and behaviour has put me at ease many times over the years! We have Penny for our home sits & our Labrador loves when his ‘Auntie Penny’ is staying, regular updates & follows our routine. Our home is treated with respect & we come home exactly as we left. I will always recommend Penny to anyone whoever needs! (For reference to pictures - our dog has brilliant recall & able to be off lead in empty spaces). Which additionally speaks volumes that our dog listens to recalls from Penny also.

   We cannot recommend Penny highly enough. Prior to us going away on holiday, Penny came to our home and we were so impressed with how she was very organised and answered most of our questions before being asked. Penny also had an excellent manner around our two cats and put both us and the cats at ease. It’s obvious how much she loves and cares about animals. We were totally confident leaving Penny in charge of Cecil & Loki and our home. Penny is brilliant and we went on holiday knowing that our two cats were going to be well looked after. We will definitely be using Penny again, that’s for sure and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Penny to anyone needing their beloved pets looking after. Craig and Gayle.

   We went away for a week and Penny was very quick at responding to our request, visited us beforehand to get the required info and there was zero hassle from start to finish. She kept us updated throughout and even helped out when we needed some more food. Felt very secure with her as she’s a qualified vet nurse and she made sure she had details of our local vet should anything go wrong. She made sure everything was kept very clean as well. Will definitely be using her services next time we go away, such a better option than using a boarding service which can be pretty stressful for animals (and pricey - we have 2 cats and 5 guinea pigs).

   Penny walked Maya ,our Staffordshire bull terrier whilst we were away on holiday. We received daily updates and photos about where Maya had been going and what she was doing. Penny is brilliant with animals, kind and patient ,she loves all the animals she cares for. Penny is totally trustworthy and very professional. Wouldn't trust anyone else with our special girl!
