This barber is the best in London! I m very fussy with my beard and hair and was fighting with barbers everywhere. This is the only person who gets it perfect! Please don't believe bad reviews for this barber shop. They are malicious and not genuine

Don’t listen to any of the negative comments. I’ve known the two brothers (Hasan and Mehmet) for over 16 years since they opened. Only one thing I can say about them, Amazing service. If you notice all the negative comments are all about waiting. You are waiting to get a haircut, what do you expect. You wait for GP doctors for days and wait hours in A&E and thats about your health. But waiting for your barbers to make you look good is blasphemy? Ridiculous. If you don’t have time to wait while people are doing normal humanly things then go somewhere else. If you’re getting a haircut at any Kurdish barbers, the culture comes with it. Don’t expect English service from another culture entirely. Show a bit of respect for the culture, if you don’t like it go to another. But I promise you, all Kurdish barbers are the same, because it’s part of the culture. You just need to accept it rather than having fantastical expectations from another culture, respect the culture. It also shows you have some racism within you and have no idea of how the world works. I’m a Scottish guy, and if you go ever go up north there’s certain businesses that culturally have its differences, you just have to respect it. It’s all part of the package.

I have been using these barbers for the past few years. Similar to other Turkish barbers they dont take appointments and service is based on first come first served basis. The people who worked there were generally nice. Things have now changed and two of the barbers have left. They have employed a new barber who nobody wants to use. The barber who is closest to the windows or road side is rude and arrogant. He only wants to assist those from his own community or friends. The barbers now make you wait and tell you its first come first serve ( which is a lie). They take appointments for their friends while they are with a customer and give priority appointments to their friends before those who are waiting which is unfair and dishonest. My son is only 5 I went to get his hair cut I waited over an hour only to be told I have to wait as the barber had another person before me, his client had just parked up outside the shop walked in and sat on the chair. While I had been waiting for so long. You are better off going elsewhere.

I walked into the Barbers around 9.30am and a guy was on his phone sitting at the desk and didnt even greet me or acknowledge me. I took my son to get his hair there today and the man was on the phone making us wait for him to talk to his friend over the phone. Making customer wait was very annoying especially we went there to get my son's haircut. Then the man doesn't even know how to cut hair. Can't even speak English and he was struggling to cut my son's hair and I had to point out where I can see the cut wasn't even. The barbers suddenly became overpriced for a childrens hair cut as it cost 10 pounds to get a toddlers haircut. I didn't give any tips considering how expensive a children's haircut cost in there and how ugly the cut was. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE FOR A HAIRCUT!!! other barbers that I usually go to would only cost 7 quid for kids haircut but they're overpriced and that one tall skinny guy that can usually cut hair was rude and the chubby man with a beer belly also gave terrible service and because of those 2 people. I won't be coming back as other barbers does cheaper haircut and better cuts for only 7 pounds. Sorry to the owner of the business for losing a customer as he was amazing at cuts and spoke English properly and delivered good customer service but I will not be coming back there.
