I just bought these cakes from the polish shop on whitby road they were moldy returned back he said you shouldnot buy them if they were moldy but he is still selling them. If you dont want to get poisoned don't go to this store, terrible customer services

Really rude the lady with black hair. Just because I didn't remember my pin, she has made a big scene from this, shame on her. I only requested yo use a different card. Everywhere in this country you can cancel the transaction from the till or card machine and tap a different card. I understand the place was busy, but it was not the case to treat me like this and tell me if I don't like the place to not go there anymore. I have been a regular customer there and loved the products and place itself before, but not anymore. She definitely doesn't respect the clients. Probably you have enough. Such a big disappointment! I won't ever come again, my family or my close friends. I will stick with asda, aldi and shops/supermarkets who respect people.
A nice shop with a difference if you are prepared to try some of the delicacies that they stock. The bread is to die for and some of the Polish cheeses and cooked meats are superb. Although the staff are Polish they speak excellent English and will help you with your purchases. A great range of beers and ciders too.
