    Can't fault Tom and his incredible service. If you want a standard cut done well, this is the man. He is an absolute gentleman. I am visually impaired and he always makes sure I'm okay with everything, he makes sure I get out okay etc, The prices aswell for any areas are unbeatable. For the service and cut, penge is lucky to have an asset like Tom in the community
