   Geoff has been brilliant with Bessie since she was a puppy. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty on a number of occasions coming to my rescue when she ate chocolate and looking after her when she was poorly and I was away. It's home from home for Bessie and she loves going to Geoff's as much as she loves her morning walks. I highly recommend Geoff, Petpals and the team.

   According to the website "Puppy Care, Play & Walking Visits Puppies require regular care during the working day, especially if you are out of the home for a long period. We can provide companionship and care visits that can include house or garden play and care as well as a short walk from the house. For puppies this early routine can evolve into a full walk as the dog gets older, stronger and is socialised. Please contact your local Petpals franchise for more information." Petpals told me that they wouldn't come and let my dog out for a wee between the hours of 8am and 8pm because they have a lot of dogs that need walking, suggesting that if my dog were able to go for a walk, they would be able to accommodate that due to their personal preferences... Great.

   Have to say, we would be lost without petpals looking after our cats when we go away, far cheaper than putting the cats in a cattery and we know they are all safe,fed , kept warm and are well when we are not there- one of the best advantages of the service is you also know your house is in safe hands closing the curtains and turning on the lights at night. They know all our cats names and behaviours and introduce themselves before they start to look them/ when we come home from holidays a diary of all their behaviour , what they eat , drank and any issues (not one so far). We have used petpals for a few years now and will continue to do so. The previous comment with one star is completely off topic!

   You would hope they take more care with the animals than the disregard to others I saw on the slip road from the m61 to m60, cutting in front with no advantage gained, testing everybody's reactions and patience. Might be justified if they were an emergency vet, but not coming back from a dog-sitting appointment in the middle of a weekday.
