Lots of parking, near a pub, Aldi and lots of other shops. Stayed twice, second time the bathroom needed a lot of TLC and hairdryer was missing but nothing horrendous. Clean, basic and decent size rooms overall. A bargain for the price really.
Excellent hotel. Good sized rooms but the lighting is very poor. They could also do with making the air conditioning control instructions clearer for ordinary folk. I understood symbols that may not be familiar to most and initially found the air coming out to be cold. This was improved by checking the symbols more carefully. Breakfast was fine but, as usual, a bit of a race to find a free table to eat at. Staff very helpful.
It looks like a nice modern hotel and the lady behind the desk was friendly but I could not stay there because no windows open in that building. There is nowhere where you can get fresh air. My bedroom felt like being in prison. I might have managed one night but new carpets have just been laid and there is a strong smell of chemicals off-gassing from the carpets, which was affecting my lungs. I lost £48.78 and 5,000 points but was not in the hotel for more than 10 minutes. Very disappointed with IHC for not offering me a full refund.
Really pleased with the hotel. Clean, and the staff are amazing. 3 days we have stayed here due to unfortunate circumstances, but the stay is excellent. Elina, the lady who checked us in, has only been here a couple of weeks, but she is superb. Really patient and friendly. She is on for the future. Perfect!
We attended the Bobby Dazzler Christmas Market at the hotel yesterday and had such a fantastic time! The event was bustling with visitors all day, and the atmosphere was full of festive vibes. The hotel itself looks incredible after the renovations – so clean, welcoming, and inviting. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the day, which made the experience even better. From a shopping point of view, the stalls were absolutely fantastic – beautifully presented and full of amazing products, we took plenty home! We had a brilliant day and can’t wait to be part of the next one!

The people there have very bad and disgusting hygiene habit, like the wildlings. If u let them wash clothes, your clothes would be smelly and full of disgusting human body smell. What's worse, some British security guards are very rude and racist, typical white quality. Tbh a minus one star would be appropriate.
Absolute disgrace of a “hotel” - not that you can actually book and stay there at the moment, nor will you ever want to again, as it’s currently block booked at our expense until who knows when. Be aware if you do make the mistake of booking here, chances are they’ll cancel your booking at the last minute when they next decide to do a cash grab of tax payers money, then leave sarcastic replies to your reviews (see below!!) Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Absolute shambles. Room wasn't clean even dirty cups still there teas and coffees not replenish. Plugs broken in the room and covered in clear sellotape lights in bathroom didn't work. Eight or nine Kids running around with out parents all times of the night. Breakfast we was constantly waiting for it to be restocked only bringing out small amounts at a time while aware of the queue tea and coffee machine was out of order. Chairs where dirty had to request for the table to be cleaned even their own staff was laying out napkins out on the tables for their own break. Loads of broken glass in the car park. Only good thing about the place was the woman with blue hair that checked us in the night before was friendly and very helpful.
