   Great haircut as usual. Post hair transplant I was always very self conscious about getting a hair cut. But the Barbour’s made me feel so comfortable. And spoke to me throughout making sure I was happy with the way it was being done. Nice guys and top Barbours.

   Have used Savs for about a year. Always have the haircut. Last Friday, barber with a scruffy beard did a real bodge on my hair. Despite giving him instructions about leaving it long over an old injury he just trimmed it short exposing the patch. I was so annoyed. He tried to make an excuse but i was not having it. Very bad haircut and attitude. He also sneezed twice, no hand over mouth just sprayed it on the floor each time. Made me look and realise dispite it just opening all the equipment was dirty snd covered in hair from previous days. Clearly when the boss is away standards drop. Will never return.

   Absolutely lovely environment, the barber was very friendly and helpful, showing me the different lengths and making sure I liked them. He was very communicative and chatty which I enjoyed, and it was all round an amazing experience. The prices were very reasonable too! Will definitely be coming back, thank you!

   We had a terrible experience here yesterday afternoon. I took my son for his first barber cut in over a year. I'd been doing it myself at home, and we thought we'd be better getting it done professionally. How wrong was I! I took my son after school and as we walked in it was clear that the two barbers were arguing. As we stood waiting to say hello they continued to argue, and I had to wait a moment to even be acknowledged. The tall guy looked at my son and almost rolled his eyes as he got the kids seat out. He seemed annoyed to be doing a child's cut and grunted as he summoned him over to sit down. The guys continued to trade words in another language while he got on with the cut which was very unprofessional. I told him to tidy up what my son already had and that we didn't want much off, and not too short on the sides. He took all of 5 minutes to do it. My son reported that he was VERY rough with him (I sat behind and couldn't see fully what was happening). He told me that the guy was pushing his head down forcefully and being generally extremely harsh throughout the cut. This left my son really upset afterwards when we got home. I noticed at the end that he combed my sons fringe down and cut it straight across like a bowl haircut. It's almost like he did it on purpose to ruin the cut. There was not a moment of care taken, and the end result speaks for itself! The sides are not blended at all, and the front is a total write-off. There is no shape or attempt at creating a style at all. I'm not asking for my money back, but I am asking that you consider the service you give to children (and indeed adults as I can see other customers have reported a rushed / bad cut by the tall guy) at your salon. You were rude and obviously took out your frustration with your colleague on my sons head! In true British style I paid in full and even offered a tip at the end as I just felt so uneasy. It wasn't until we got home that I saw and heard what had happened. I'm so annoyed. We now have to wait for my son's hair to grow back, so we can get it fixed by someone else. He didn't want to go to school this morning from sheer embaraasment. Give this place a wide berth if you are looking for any kind of customer service.
