   I always trust the calibre of barbers in Off-Cut, having visted each of locations one time or another. Pablo is up there with the very best of them and ensures I'm always well looked after. The man knows how to cut a clean burst fade and clearly understands how to work with all types of hair, as mine is particularly thick, course and (allegedly) difficult to cut. Good looking out.

   Amazing service, cut and experience! Pavlik was perfect for an early morning haircut to start the weekend. I was instantly welcomed into the Camberwell store and offered a coffee before discussing what I wanted to have done. Pavlik went above and beyond and I am very happy with my haircut! Would highly recommend and will be returning!

   I walked in with a very clear request: a low skin fade starting from 0 around the ear, with the side profile dropping vertically — not rounded — and the weight preserved to avoid the hair ballooning out. What I received was the exact opposite. The fade was uneven between the left and right sides. The side was curved inward instead of falling straight, and all structural weight was completely removed, leaving my head looking round, puffy, and disproportioned. I gave photo references, explained everything clearly, but what I got proves the barber either didn’t understand basic head shape correction or didn’t have the skill to execute it. This wasn’t a communication issue — it was a craftsmanship failure. If you have thick, straight Asian hair and want a structurally clean silhouette, this is not the place to risk it. They cut patterns, not people. Photos attached – one showing a past haircut that matched exactly what I asked for, and another showing what I got here instead. The difference in structure, balance, and silhouette is very clear. My barber was Harry.

   I’ve been to the guys OFF-CUT three times now and would highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a barber. Before going here I tried numerous cheaper spots around the area, purely driven my price, but realised you get what you pay for. John is my new go-to-guy, he’s a skilled barber and a great yarn which always makes for a fun visit.

   Been going to these lot for a long time and have always found it to be welcoming and super friendly and chill. My guy Oscar sorts me out every time, trims from him are top notch and hes super knowledgable and open to hearing ideas on what your after. Cant recommend Off-cut enough, best shop and crew of barbers about! 10/10 every time
