    I got Ben and jerries ice cream and it was lukewarm and it had freezer burn which made it crispy I don’t like crispy so please take care or the ice cream more nicely and get new freezers as the ice cream is nice and yummy and should be handled with care

    The staff and management in this store are absolutely disrespectful and their attitudes and language towards customers is disgusting, my partner visited this store today and was accused of stealing because she went in with another bag from home and bargain, when the staff member told her to take out what was in the bag she told her she has a receipt and was happy to show her it, after showing the woman her receipt the staff member continued to look down at my partner and called her a smack head my partner then asked for her name in order to make a complaint about this disgusting behaviour and language however the woman walked away and refused to give her name, she went to find the store manager to make a complaint and was told that she could only make a complaint online and still refused to give the staff members name and told her to leave the shop. I am disgusted at the language that was used by this staff member and the attitude towards customers.

    Been to this store a few times. I use an electric wheelchair and all the staff are always friendly and offer to help if I need it

    Disgusting place to shop. The staff in this store spend their time talking on their headsets to each other about what they did the night before! Slag off other members of staff and chat about what they’re going to do after work. All the while they don’t, for a second, give a toss that CUSTOMERS can hear everything. And swearing doesn’t faze them because I’ve heard swearing out of most of the staff on the headsets, including management!!! Wouldn’t spend a penny on this shop if it was the last place on earth!!!
