   I stopped in quickly and asked if they had time. They initially said they did, but moments after starting the trim, a walk-in arrived and they told me they needed to serve them first. I was asked to get up and told it would be a 25-minute wait, which ended up stretching to more than an hour. The trim itself took over an hour as well. I even showed a photo of my previous style and asked for the same look, but the outcome didn’t resemble it at all. I requested a goatee, yet they shaped a full beard instead. In total, I was there for more than two hours. During that time, I watched several clients come and go, and the tools weren’t sanitized between customers. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing. I expected better treatment as a first-time customer, but that wasn’t the case. If you’re short on time or care about precision and hygiene, I’d suggest choosing another barbershop. Hopefully, they can take this feedback on board and improve their service.

   I’m very disappointed with the service. The barbers were rude and unprofessional, and I ended up wasting a lot of time. Hygiene standards were extremely poor—there was no sanitisation of tools or equipment, which is unacceptable. I had to wait over two and a half hours for a simple haircut, and even then, the result was uneven, with one side not matching the other. When I left a previous review with constructive feedback, their response was shockingly unprofessional. They even made personal remarks, falsely claiming others complained about my hygiene—despite the fact that I had just showered before attending. I strongly suggest considering other options until they seriously improve their hygiene practices, professionalism, and customer service.

   I was in a hurry and asked if they had time. At first, they said yes, but then told me a customer had just arrived and they had to serve them first. They made me stand up after almost starting the trim, then said they’d get to me in 25 minutes—but I ended up waiting for over an hour. The trim itself took more than an hour. I even showed them a photo of myself and asked for the same style, but the result looked nothing like the picture. I specifically asked for a goatee, but they went for a full beard instead. Altogether, I spent over two hours there. I saw five different customers come and go, and during that time, they didn’t sanitize their equipment between clients. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I had expected them to value new customers, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. If you're in a rush or care about attention to detail and hygiene, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. I hope they take this as constructive feedback and work on improving their service.

   Personally used timz trims for years, without a doubt the best barbers around for various reasons. Quality of cut, service, cleanliness of shop plus customer service. I’ve come back on here to re review due to how well they cut my 2 year olds sons hair. He absolutely loves getting his hair cut (trim is 10/10). Tim and Rio go above on beyond to make him feel comfortable and happy

   In my 20 years of using barber shops I have to admit this is definitely my favourite place. It’s definitely not nice when employees who don’t get their way try tarnish a business and spitefully get people to write false reviews about this place. Tim and his colleagues are all great at their job and probably the most professionally barbershop in London. If you want quality for your money this is the only place worth going.
