   Such an irresponsible and unprofessional customer service, waited 1hr 15 min for haircut, nobody opens shop at 10:30 am, as per google they should open at 9:00 am and one of the barbers confirmed me over the phone. Called them 7-8 times and finally they turn of the phone, I just wasted 1:30hr waiting in front of the shop in a cold morning.

   Regularly get my haircut here, brilliant guys! Very friendly and nice environment. Just make sure you get there early and book yourself in, especially weekends, as they get super busy.

   When you go into a barbers for the first time and you are polite and say hello and sit down. No queue other than two people sitting in the barbers chairs. Barber finishes the treatment with his client, client leaves, barber says nothing but goes to the till and just sits there if you don’t exist. I wait, nothing said and I wait some more. Then I think guy doesn’t want to cut my hair , fine I think , be bigoted , he obviously doesn’t like me. I just get up and walk out the barbers without saying a word. This guy obviously only cuts his friends hair, not a very welcoming place. Thank you for taking time out and giving me a reply, it is not polite to call me a liar and questioning my home life but I guess this could have been avoided by you simply telling me you were going to take a break . Hopefully lessons can be learnt from the escapade.

Him and his team are always really friendly, easy to chat to and provide a high quality, professional service at an affordable price.
