   O2 great network lots of helpful people to help with everyday service. you name it, they have a Guru you can book a appointment with, if you don't know how to change setting on your device or even assistance with your laptop MBB(mobile broadband) although some Giffgaff calls or customers come to store or even call up to assist with there service O2 only offeres a mask for Giffgaff they still don't know why it has been submit on Google that O2 can help, LOL it says on Giffgaff they only have a live webchat 24/7 so why would someone search it up LOL I guess that's why O2 can win those customers back give them a contract or a pay an go service where they can get all the help they need, here's one ( O2 Making it easier simpler an more efficient ) just to help get you there, so when you frustrated at the world an believe in your mind everyone owes you something remember that ant true however O2 can help you. ;)
