   Deeply disappointed after a visit today. Took time to process after bringing the dogs home, but when we realised how unhappy we were we contacted Amy and were essentially dismissed. It was implied there was a miscommunication on our part with regards to how short we wanted the dogs to be cut, which if this was the case we'd completely understand. However, even if we had requested the dogs be shaved it still wasn't done well, the cutting around their heads is a mess. I've attached photos to show what the dogs looked like before their groom and afterwards to show this isn't us needlessly complaining.

   I took my two dogs to Amy for the full works. One large black LabxDane and one smaller Black LabxCollie. They came back looking and smelling amazing. Their coats were de-shedded, ears cleaned, nails cut and all the right areas trimmed. They came out all happy and we will definitely be taking them back. I even recommended my next door neighbor to get her golden lab done the following week. Great job!
