   Took my shitzu puppy I asked over and over for a good close clip on her body . As we spend a lot of time outdoors. I asked for the traditional round face trim and to square ear tips , and leave her with a nice trimmed curved natural tail . What can home had me in tears . She had had a full clip from head to tail . There’s one side to her tail the others been shaved off . She has absolutely no face hair . They have shaved her eyebrows and whiskers off . Her ears have been layered and butchered . If you lift her ears one has a large amount of hair behind the other is bald . Absolutely Devastated. Called the shop to ask nicely what they had done and why . And then I was told they hadn’t touched her face just trimmed round her eyes . She has chunks of hair all over . And does not resemble her breed in any shape or form . What was upsetting is no apologies just blatant denial of touching her head . And denied any apologies for upset . Also the most important reason for sending her was to have her inner ear hair removed . Luckly my husband checked on Collection hadn’t been touched .

   I took my Border Collie cross to Snobby Dogs for a bath and brush and also asked for any loose hair to be stripped out of her coat. I told them I did not want her clipping. What I got back was a dog who had been hacked to look like some sort of ridiculous topiary using either clippers or scissors. You can see some of the square bits in the photo. I was so shocked, I just paid the requested £45 for a full groom I had not asked for and left. When the shock wore off, I rang Snobby Dogs to remind them that I hadn't asked for a full groom and to tell them that I wouldn't be back. I was told that they had 'only trimmed her' and fobbed off with a rudimentary 'sorry about that'. Not impressed at all!

   First time for my german shepherd at snobby dogs. They did an amazing job. She came back smelling gorgeous her nails done perfectly and a gorgeous bow to match. I'm really pleased with how helpful the staff were as mu dog can be a bit of a handful when nervous but they took time and lots off care with her. Can not recommend enough. Thank you so much to the lovely staff see you soon
