   Have had two good experiences previously, but my latest appointment was cancelled via no reply SMS at 3am on the day of my booking, citing the Christmas Party running over as a reason. Totally support the Christmas Party, but this was annoying. Recommend Rocket does not offer any slots the day after the party next year, so that people don't book it.
